For this personal project, I created a lyric video for my song "Swallow Your Tongue" under the moniker "Cinder Spear." I focused on the lyrical themes of reconciling my spirit with my disabled body. I went for a hand-made feel, creating stop motion animations out of "snakes" I painted in red for the spirit, and black pen in negative for the body (skeleton.) I used black lace to portray the seduction of dissociation, grainy text effects, textured paper, and x-rays of my spinal surgery to complete the vibe.
